Chateau-Ksara

Harvesting is one of the most crucial steps in the process of Wine Making, and at Chateau Ksara we wanted our staff to experience the magic of picking the perfect grapes for that perfect wine.

In the beginning, there were the Cedars, standing tall with their majestic strength. At their feet lay the Bekaa valley where vast fertile lands stretched out for all the world to see. This was called the blessed Land of Canaan surrounded and protected by the eternal snows of Lebanon.

Founded in 1857 by Jesuit Priests who produced the country’s first dry red wine, Château Ksara is Lebanon’s oldest, largest and most visited winery, attracting some 40,000 visitors per year.
