Château Ksara’s iconic rosé, first launched 40 years ago, is made with Cabernet Franc and Syrah.
The wine shows bright, almost neon pink, while on the nose there are aromas of red berries and a hint of mild spice. In the mouth it is luscious, but at the same time has a lovely acidity that appears on the mid palate. The finish is sustained and smooth. It got the thumbs up by the estimated 400 people who attended the first of the ground breaking “Sunsetter” evenings, so if you are one of the few people who still has not tasted Lebanon’s most popular rosé, what are you waiting for!
